At FMS 1, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FMS 1 account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
